Move more

Make it a daily challenge to find ways to move your body. Climb stairs if given a choice between that and escalators or elevators. Walk your dog; chase your kids; toss balls with friends, mow the lawn.
Anithing that moves your limps is not only a fitness tool, it's a stress buster. Think move in small increments of time. It doesn't have to be an hour in the gym or a 45-minute aerobic dance class or tai chi or kickboxing.
But that's great when you're up to it. Meanwhile, move more. Thouht for the day: Cha, Cha, Cha... Then do it!

I'm yours

Oh, well you done done me and you bet I felt it
I tried to be child but you're so hot that I melted
I fell right through the cracks, and now I'm trying to get back

Before the cool done run out, I'll be giving it my bestest
And nothing's going to stop me but divine intervention
I reckon it's again my turn to win some or learn some

I won't hesitate no more, no more
It cannot wait, I'm yours
Well open up your mind and see like me
Open up your plans and damn you're free
Look into your heart and you'll fine love love love
Listen to the music of the moment, maybe sing with me all a peacefull melody
It's your G0d-forsaken right to be loved loved loved loved loved

So I won't hesitate no more, no more
It cannot wait, I'm sure
No need to complicate, our time is short
This is our fate, I'm yours

(Bridge)

I've been spending way too long cheking my tongue in the mirror
and bending over backwards just to try to see it clearer
my breath foogged up the glass
and so I drew a new face and laughed

I guess what I am saying is there ain't no better reason
to rid yourself of vanity and just go with the seasons
It's what we aim to do, our name is our virtue

I won't hesitate no more, no more
It cannot wait, I'm yours

Well open up your mind and see like me
open up your plans and damn you're free
look into your heart and you will find that the sky is yours
so please don't, please don't, please don't,
there's no need to complicate,
Cause our time is short
This, this, this is our fate,
I'm yours

A total eclipse of the heart

Turn around, every now and then I get a little bit lonely and you're never coming round
Turn around, every now and then I get a little bit tired of listening to the sound of my tears
Turn around, every now and then I get a little bit nervous that the best of all the years have gone by
Turn around, every now and then I get a little bit terrified and then I see the look in your eyes
Turn around brigth eyes, every now and then I fall apart
Turn around brigth eyes, every now and then I fall apart

And I need you now tonight
And I need you moere than ever
And if you'll only hold me tight
We'll be holding on forever
And we'll only be making it right
Cause we'll never be wrong together
We can take it to the end of the line
Your love is like a shadow on me all of the time (all of the time)
I don't know what to do and I'm always in the dark
We're living in a powder keg and giving of parks
I really need you tonight
Forever's gonna start tonight (2)

Once upon a time I was falling in love
But now I'm onlyy falling apart
There's nothing I can do
A total eclipse of the heart
Once upon a time was light in my life
But now there's only love in the dark nothing I can say a total eclipse of the heart

Turn around bright eyes, every now and then I fall apart
Turn around bright eyes, every now and then I fall apart

And I need you now tonight
And I need you more than ever
And if you'll only hold me tight
We'll be holding on forever
And we'll only be making it right
Cause we'll never be wrong together
We can take it to the end of the line
Your love is like a shadow on me all of the time (all of the time)
I don't know what to do and I'm always in the dark
We're living in a powder keg and giving off sparks
I really need you tonight

Forever's gonna start tonight
Forever's gonna start tonight

Once upon a time I was falling in love
But now I'm only falling apart
There's nothing I can say, A total eclipse of the heart
