This one is almost too easy. Drinking five glasses of water a day can reduce your changes of getting a hearth attack by 50%. other fluids like juice, tea, or milk won't do it, your body needs water. Remember, water keeps your body hydrated, which allows your kidneys to function properly, your stomach to digest, it keeps yous joints lubricated, your lungs breathing, your temperature warm, and your body to feel energized and alive. If your feling lethargic or have a headache, its a good possibility that you're just dehydrated. It's your body reminding you to go get a glass of water.
